Transfer & Delivery Conditions

  • Airport-Hotel Transfers: Side Exclusive welcomes guests at Antalya Airport and provides safe, comfortable transportation to their hotels. For return journeys, guests are picked up from their hotels and dropped off at the airport on time.

  • Planning & Scheduling: Guests must provide their flight details, date, and hotel information in advance. Vehicles are dispatched precisely based on the provided information.

  • Greeting and Information: Vehicle and driver information is shared with the guest beforehand. In cases of missing or incorrect information, the guest is contacted and corrections are made accordingly.

  • On-Time Service Guarantee: All transfers are carried out punctually and professionally. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.


Cancellation & Refund Conditions

  • Discounted Transfer Rates: Side Exclusive offers transfer services at specially discounted rates. Therefore, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

  • Confirmed Reservations: All transfer bookings are final. Requests to change the date or time are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  • No-Show Policy: If the guest is not present at the scheduled pick-up time, the transfer is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

  • Flight Delays: We monitor flight delays through the system. Reasonable delays are accommodated without extra charges.
