2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties for the transfer service purchased electronically by the Buyer through www.side-exclusive.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF THE SERVICE

Service: Airport-to-hotel or hotel-to-airport transfer in Antalya.
Price: As shown at the time of booking (including VAT).
Payment Method: Credit card / bank transfer / online payment.

4. DELIVERY AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

The service will be provided according to the time, date, and flight details given by the Buyer.
The transfer starts at the scheduled time and location and ends upon arrival at the destination.
Vehicle and driver details will be shared in advance.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may not use the right of withdrawal within 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time.
In discounted or promotional bookings, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Where eligible, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

6. SERVICES NOT SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is no right of withdrawal for:

Services customized according to the consumer’s request or personal needs.
Services scheduled to be performed on a specific date or time (e.g., airport transfers).

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, severe weather, or government restrictions.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s residence jurisdiction, within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

9. ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement by confirming the reservation electronically.
